Samba Has Been
My Life Since I Was
a Little Girl
Hi, I'm Gabi.
I was raised with samba — my father brought the music, the culture, and the passion for it from Brazil. Growing up, it was woven into everything. The music he played at home, the stories he told about Carnaval, the rhythm that just felt natural to me from the very beginning.
I started dancing as a child, not because anyone told me to — but because the music made it impossible to stand still. From those early days, samba became a calling. Years of professional training and performances across the country shaped what would become Samba Tropical.
The defining moment? Dancing at the Rio de Janeiro Carnaval — the largest parade on the planet — three times. That's the standard I bring to every single event.
